Today I learned one important thing to the life.
I read in a book, of course, but this I will use every day in my life. Because this, I need to pass to others.

Some days you aren’t feeling so good. And some people have this sensation a lot.
Many people that I know, feel so bad and think that their lifes are over.
But they haven’t big problems.
Only you know the size of your problem and because this, only you can measure it.

So, when you are bad, discouraged, sad, or other bad thing, I propose to you to do a list.
Put in this list how many reasons do you remember to you thankful to sky, or to God, or to Goddess, or to thankful anything?

1- You have the life.
2- You can think.
3- You can see.
4- You can read.
5- You can cry.
6- You can use the internet.

Simple things, but other people can’t see, can’t read, can’t cry, can’t live.
Think about all the good things that you have in your life and do a small list, with ten numbers. And when you finish, or before, you will forgot your little problem because you will have a lot of reasons to smile.

Quando você não estiver se sentindo bem ou quando você tiver muitos problemas, estiver chateado, desanimado, triste...
Faça uma pequena lista com dez motivos que você tem pra agradecer aos céus, ou ao seu Deus, ou Deusa...
1- Você tem a vida.
2- Você pode ler!
Coisas simples, mas que algumas pessoas não têm.

Dê valor às coisas boas que você tem. E ao listar dez itens, verá que já são motivos suficientes pra sorrir.
Acalme-se e resolva o que pode. O que não puder, deixe passar.
